Complimentary AM Attendant

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the hotel's complimentary breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in providing a seamless experience for our guests.
Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area.
- Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, ensuring that all food and beverage items are stocked and presented in an appealing manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to hotel standards and brand guidelines.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the breakfast area.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of hotel products, services, and brand standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by city/county/state.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and/or short correspondence and memos.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with internal and external customers and staff.
