About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, RDN) to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing clinical nutrition expertise to patients and families in long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nutritional assessments and documentation to ensure efficient and effective care.
  • Assess potential nutritional risks and implement medical nutrition therapy interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively.
  • Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and families to empower them to make informed decisions about their health.
Qualifications
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
