Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team responsible for the smooth operation and optimization of our state-of-the-art automated systems

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to embrace new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an automated DC
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Physical Requirements
  • Able to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs/ladders, stand, walk, talk, and hear
  • Able to move, lift or carry heavy objects or materials
