- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Experience in fund administration or investor services is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and Word proficiency, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, named ranges, mail merge, and macros
- Experience with investor portals, such as Intralinks or Efront, is preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to new and changing technologies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
