We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a solid foundation in engineering and energy to oversee and propel our distributed energy initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the energy landscape while fostering your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee projects focusing on renewable energy, microgrids, energy storage, and other distributed energy solutions.
  • Plan and execute projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Develop proposals and budgets for upcoming projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that project objectives are achieved and maintained.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  2. 5+ years of project management experience in the distributed energy sector, general engineering, or mechanical/civil construction.
  3. Ability to read and interpret MEP engineering and construction drawings.
  4. Experience in submitting plans, reviewing plan check comments, and obtaining permits.
  5. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  6. Strong understanding of distributed energy technologies, renewable energy, and mechanical/civil construction practices.
  7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe PDF, and project management software; familiarity with Bluebeam and AutoCAD is a plus.
  9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
