Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation and coordination of Resident Care services, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.
- Oversee and monitor the medication management program, ensuring accurate and timely administration of medications.
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Independent Living skills as needed, promoting resident independence and dignity.
- Coordinate appointments and services for residents, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.
- Report any significant incidents or changes in resident needs to the Resident Care Director or Executive Director, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Assist in the completion of resident assessments and service plans, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Participate in the training and orientation of new staff, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Attend and participate in scheduled in-service programs, training sessions, and staff meetings, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse with a current license in good standing.
- Certification or licensure per state guidelines.
- Successful completion of all HallKeen/EOEA specified training programs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding of situations and carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Physically able to move at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Physically able to bend, reach, and work in small areas.
- Physically able to push and pull equipment and furnishings.
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time.
