Job Opportunity at Western Tidewater Community Services Board

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Caregivers (Direct Support Professionals) in various departments throughout our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of consumer treatment plans
  • Care for, monitor, evaluate, and maintain a safe environment for individuals with developmental disabilities, serious emotional disturbance, or serious mental illness and/or substance abuse

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED Certificate
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with an acceptable DMV record
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions
