This position serves as the face of Stryker to the resident and fellowship programs within the Upper Extremities market. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and executing all activities related to the program, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the development and implementation of program strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Customer Engagement teams, and Program Directors to align on program objectives and ensure effective execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, fellows, and program administrators.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the Leadership team to inform business decisions and drive market growth.
Requirements:
