Responsibilities also encompass setting up, cleaning up, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of younger members in a supportive environment.

POSITION FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
  • Welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Address member inquiries by providing accurate information and managing phone communications effectively.
  • Assist in event preparations, including setup, decoration, and safety assessments.
  • Engage children through crafts, games, and various activities.
  • Support parents during the check-in and check-out process, verifying identification.
  • Maintain awareness of children's allergies and special requirements.
  • Communicate efficiently with supervisors regarding any unexpected situations and respond appropriately.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with members, guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to project voice and gain the attention and cooperation of young members.
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures and the ability to act accordingly.
  • Commitment to working in a safe, organized, and responsible manner.
  • Proficiency in interacting effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and education levels.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
  • Must be able to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds safely.
  • Continuous standing and walking are required.
  • Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, pulling, and repetitive movements.
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, and stoop.
  • Capacity to remain standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to clearly convey information and ideas.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
