Lifestyle Director

Are you a seasoned lifestyle professional with a passion for creating exceptional experiences for community residents? We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Lifestyle Director to join our team at S&S Services Group Inc.

The Lifestyle Director will be responsible for developing and delivering a world-class lifestyle program for our residents, fostering a sense of community and connection through events and activities. This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive events calendar, including planning, coordination, and execution of events, activities, and programs
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including residents, staff, and local businesses
• Manage program budgets, including procurement and vendor relationships
• Oversee the maintenance of community facilities and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
• Develop and implement a communications plan to keep residents informed about community events and activities
• Recruit and manage volunteers to support community programs and events

• 3+ years of experience in lifestyle program management or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods
