About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and other teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on data insights and analytics.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
