Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate and Product Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Associate and Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our guests, and staying up-to-date on the latest products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute guest Sales appointments, facilitate test drives, and present the brand, vehicles, and dealership to clients.
  • Engage with clients by asking questions and listening to their responses, and assist clients in finding a vehicle that meets their wants and needs.
  • Consistently follow up to ensure prospects are sufficiently informed of our inventory, services, and current offers.
  • Manage and respond to CRM correspondence in a timely fashion, follow-up is imperative.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of leasing and financing.
  • Stay current on all product knowledge and training, become a product and technology expert.
  • Focus on the customer's needs to enhance the dealership, brand, and personal value.
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lot.
  • Hit monthly sales objectives as defined by management.
  • Maintain CSI score above average set by manufacturer.

Requirements

  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong desire to assist guests and provide first-class service and experience.
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
  • Must have exceptional customer service and strong communication (verbal and written) skills in order to work most effectively with customers.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Strong sales and/or customer service track record.
  • Understanding of CRM tool.
  • Persistent, competitive, and have an excellent work ethic.
  • Must have a current driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle abstract.
