About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and providing personalized shopping experiences.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering unique shopping experiences that result in customer satisfaction.
  • Store Environment: Actively participate in maintaining a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management, and taking pride in the appearance of the store.
  • Inventory Management: Secure company assets, keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive culture, treat customers and colleagues with respect, and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technology: Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
  • Sales Skills: Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
