Role Responsibilities:

As part of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in delivering value to our organization through effective business partnership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining comprehensive electronic employee records, including onboarding and employment status changes.
  • Coordinating pre-employment processes and new hire documentation.
  • Generating reports from the HRIS related to payroll, performance management, and demographic information.
  • Ensuring data accuracy by conducting regular audits and analyzing source documents.
  • Preparing operational reports for leadership.
  • Assisting with annual EEO-1 reporting and compensation surveys.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for our timekeeping and leave management systems.
  • Overseeing payroll preparation for both hourly and salaried employees, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing employee benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process and conducting benefit presentations for new hires.
  • Coordinating the annual open enrollment period, including material preparation and processing changes.
  • Conducting audits to ensure enrollment accuracy and compliance with dependent information.

  • Experience with Canadian payroll and benefits is highly desirable.
