About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychotherapist to join our team at CFG Health Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine the nature and extent of their mental health disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Prescribe and manage medications as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Participate in treatment team activities to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication among team members.
Requirements
  • Must be licensed as a psychiatrist in the state of New Jersey or able to obtain licensure.
  • Must be board certified within five (5) years of completing residency and must maintain certification.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
