Position Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist at Quick Holdings LLC, you will be responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and management of our technology infrastructure, including software, hardware, networks, and system applications. Your role will involve troubleshooting specific software and hardware issues that arise, ensuring efficient resolution of problems. You will manage and execute projects while reporting on progress and budget adherence. Effective communication with diverse teams and users within the organization is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Support (Approximately 60% of the Role):
    Utilize your mechanical and technical expertise to install devices such as cameras and wireless access points (WAPs). Provide maintenance and repair for office printers, including ordering necessary supplies and parts. Address printer malfunctions and perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Operations & Software Support (20%):
    Assist colleagues with IT-related needs proactively. Participate in an on-call schedule for remote support and potential after-hours assistance. Collaborate with vendors to support third-party applications and troubleshoot issues while documenting investigations.
  • Project Involvement (20%):
    Manage print queues, test device performance, and liaise with vendors for on-site support. Provide feedback on software releases and conduct user training. Monitor hardware usage and manage asset lifecycles.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in logistics and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is advantageous.
  • Leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based, with potential for part-time remote work following a performance evaluation.

Physical Requirements:
