About the Role: Retail Keyholder

Are you prepared to embody the spirit of fun as a Retail Keyholder? In this role, you will represent the joy of IT'SUGAR, providing outstanding customer service and enhancing our brand's visibility. Your duties will encompass customer engagement, product presentation, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and introduce them to our unique shopping experience.
  • Achieve sales targets by suggesting products and delivering top-notch service.
  • Assist in store operations, including cash management, product display, and event coordination.
  • Embrace our core values of positivity, playfulness, presence, and making a difference.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a retail environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift and move merchandise.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
