Join Our Team as a Global Culinology Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Global Culinology Intern. As a key member of our innovation team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that combine culinary art with food science and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new food concepts that showcase the intersection of culinary art and food science.
  • Collaborate with our innovation team to scale up concepts and prototypes for food manufacturing.
  • Organize and summarize technical data generated from formulation trials and experimentation.
  • Create engaging digital content, including videos, photographs, and infographics, to support project presentations.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Culinology, Culinary Science, Culinary Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer internship term.
  • Demonstrated experience with hands-on food concept formulation in a kitchen laboratory or food production setting.
  • Knowledge of common food processes, food ingredient functionality, and ingredient interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
