Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily store operations.
  • Deliver a distinctive shopping experience to our clientele through a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Adhere to company standards to maintain store aesthetics and organization.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, multitask, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with company guidelines.
  • Be prepared to lift furniture weighing over 50 lbs regularly.
  • Facilitate an exceptional shopping atmosphere for customers in a vibrant and professional environment.
  • Assist in rearranging furniture within the store.
Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales along with basic math proficiency.
  • Prior experience in retail management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of interior design or furniture products is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills are required, including familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience in visual merchandising is essential.
  • A genuine passion for furniture and home decor sales.
  • Ability to navigate social media platforms effectively.
  • Capable of following instructions and presenting oneself professionally.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is necessary.
  • Availability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Willingness and ability to lift furniture weighing over 50 lbs on a daily basis.
Rate: $18/hr DOE
Full-time position - 40 hours per week
