Senior Program Officer for Infectious Diseases

As a Senior Program Officer in Vaccines and Biologics, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals dedicated to reducing poverty, disease, and inequity worldwide. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and reviewing a substantial portfolio of investments (grants, contracts, equity) and identifying and selecting partner institutions (e.g., academic, not-for-profit, biotech, pharma). You will also act as a thought-partner and subject matter expert to foundation colleagues and as a resource to grantees and partners to facilitate accomplishment of strategic objectives. You will represent the Foundation externally and participate in public events and meetings related to area of expertise and position responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $229,100 to $355,200 USD per year, depending on location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development. We also offer flexible work arrangements and a supportive work environment that allows our employees to balance work and personal life.
