About InBios
We specialize in the design, development, and manufacture of high-quality diagnostic products that are accurate, easy to use, and cost-effective. Our portfolio includes over 25 diagnostic products, as well as an extensive catalog of life science reagents.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of federal contract projects, from submission of grant proposals to regulatory submissions.
- Work closely with government agencies, collaborators, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Manage project documentation and prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Requirements
- A master's degree or PhD in a biological science or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with federal contract project coordination and management.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, timeline creation, and risk assessment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a cGMP environment and with regulatory agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and immunodiagnostics.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is $88,000 - $125,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and performance-based rewards.
