Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Adolescent Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment goals and participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences.
  • Document all pertinent information and complete necessary reporting in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
  • Perform discharge planning and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
  • No experience required.
