Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to perform non-invasive ultrasound examinations and provide quality patient care in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Perform non-invasive ultrasound examinations, demonstrating technical skills and knowledge to assess patient status and assist in interpretation of results.
  • Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner, promoting a safe work environment and adhering to national patient safety initiatives.
  • Work effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, providing timely and compassionate patient care.
Requirements
  • Active ARDMS certification required.
  • At least 18 months of working experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
