About the Role

SiriusXM and its brands are leading a new era of audio entertainment and services by delivering the most compelling subscription and ad-supported audio entertainment experience for listeners in the car, at home, and anywhere on the go with connected devices.

As a Senior Product Designer - Growth, Commerce, and Identity, you will play a critical role in crafting the growth, retention, commerce, profile, and identity features across SiriusXM and Pandora apps on all streaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with user research to develop a deep understanding of SiriusXM's and Pandora's listener needs to inform design strategies.
  • Be empowered to find new ways to win the hearts and minds of our audience, translating business goals and listener needs into creative design solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product design process by reflecting on and refining workflows.

Requirements

You have a strong history of leveraging user research, usability studies, and A/B testing to drive actionable outcomes. You are constantly looking for ways to hone your design skills and knowledge and share your learnings with others.

You have a solid understanding of today's common design patterns and an awareness of when to innovate beyond them. You understand how to use design systems.

5+ years of experience as a user experience (UX) designer, interaction designer, product designer or similar role.

Experience with consumer-facing mobile apps, user research, growth design and its practices, such as A/B experimentation and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.

Design experience for mobile, web, connected devices (wearables, voice enabled speakers and devices), and third party apps.

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience with Jira and/or other project management tools.

Bonus: Strong visual design skills.
