Sterile Supply Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Supply Technician to join our team at TriHealth. As a Sterile Supply Technician, you will be responsible for decontaminating, cleaning, preparing, retrieving, and assisting with sterilization of surgical items and equipment. You will also store, issue, and distribute medical/surgical supplies in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Decontaminate and clean surgical items and equipment
• Prepare and retrieve items for sterilization
• Assist with sterilization of surgical items and equipment
• Store, issue, and distribute medical/surgical supplies
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization and supply management
Requirements:
• High School Degree or GED
• Ability to read, write, speak English, and perform simple math operations
• Ability to provide leadership and oversee the work of technicians
• Knowledge of microbiology, infection control, and computerized record keeping
• Up to 1 year of experience
