Job Summary
Serve as the primary Tier 1 support person for designated Property Managers/ Properties. Build relationships with the Property Managers through Recalls, MFIN - Bs, and Proactive calls. Serve as the primary contact for Core Property Managers seeking support for Coordinator, Property Manager, Account, Monitoring, Operations, Accounting, and Support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Property Managers to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to Property Managers on various aspects of multifamily operations, including monitoring, accounting, and operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions to Property Managers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert support to Property Managers.
Requirements
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Property Managers and internal teams.
