Job Overview

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving financial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-impact financial insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Manage the company's annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast cycles, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial planning and analysis best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis roles, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or other quantitative field, with a postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, with experience in financial planning and analysis software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
