Position Title: Service Quote Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise and prompt administrative assistance to the Service Coordinator and/or Service Manager.
- Acquire proficiency in the COINS TI System.
- Handle daily Additional Work Reports efficiently.
- Prepare small-scale quotes/proposals (under $25,000) as necessary.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to collect information pertinent to the work being quoted.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing for services required to finalize proposals.
- Update the COINS TI Additional Work Report Tab with the corresponding Quote Number.
- Communicate with the Unitary Service Coordinator and Unitary Service Manager regarding approved quotes.
- Collaborate with various departments within EMCOR as needed for assigned tasks.
- Modify, adjust, and revise scopes, bid templates, presentation documents, etc., as required.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Service Coordinator and/or the individual being supported.
- Engage professionally with team members and other departments (e.g., Operations, chiller teams, project management).
- Exhibit a commitment to both personal and professional development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support capacity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Capable of managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.

Compensation Range: $22 - $26 per hour
