About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Steward Health Care. As a key member of our Nursing Department, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring patient care on each nursing center, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates hospital services on assigned shift
  • Monitors performance based on established standards and expectations
  • Institutes disciplinary action as necessary
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience as a manager or supervisor preferred
  • Requires three to five years' experience on this or related jobs in a hospital or healthcare facility
