The primary duty of a Credit Risk Analyst is to evaluate, negotiate, and determine the outcomes of loan applications received from various loan origination channels.

The Credit Risk Analyst is tasked with making sound credit judgments within defined approval parameters, adhering to all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Possess the experience or ability to assess the credit elements influencing loan risk to the organization, property valuations, and loan profitability.


Strong communication and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders are essential to propose terms and conditions of loan approvals within set guidelines, balancing risk and reward to ensure credit integrity and profitability.

Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience in Direct Lending or Non-Prime Lending.
- Exceptional customer communication abilities.
- Capability to navigate uncertainty while maintaining a high standard of integrity.
- Independent thinker with strong adaptability to learning.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
