Position Overview:
Respond to service requests as necessary. Execute assigned tasks while adhering to company production standards. Collaborate with the crew chief to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled. Assist the crew chief and other team members as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office spaces as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each assignment
  • Ensure the vehicle and equipment are kept clean and well-organized
  • Prepare work areas for operational activities
  • Set up staging areas and equipment for each job
  • Leave job sites in a clean and orderly condition
  • Follow production processes according to company guidelines and crew chief instructions
  • Maintain clear communication with the crew chief and fellow technicians regarding client needs and concerns
  • Conduct end-of-day cleanup and breakdown to ensure job sites are left tidy
  • Adhere to safety and risk management protocols on-site, in the office, and while traveling
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • IICRC certifications are a plus
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as required
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to various chemicals
  • Capability to walk and stand for extended periods, drive, sit, and climb
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces)
  • Repetitive motions involving pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects
