Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Program Supervisor to enhance our community through engaging activities and programs.

Key Responsibilities

The Program Supervisor will oversee the planning and implementation of recreational, spiritual, and social activities within our community. This role includes:

  • Developing and managing the activity calendar, ensuring a diverse range of events.
  • Coordinating transportation services for community outings.
  • Creatively decorating the community for various celebrations and events.
  • Researching and securing entertainment options for resident activities.
  • Building relationships with local organizations, including senior centers, libraries, and community groups.
Qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A vibrant and self-motivated personality.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in program management or senior services.
  • Experience in public relations is advantageous.
