Position Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified Health and Wellness Coordinator to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organization and provision of personal care services delivered by our staff to residents.
  • Supply essential information to direct care personnel to ensure safe and high-quality service.
  • Develop comprehensive staffing schedules, establish guidelines for personnel, and create strategies for managing staffing adjustments and overtime.
  • Support the Health and Wellness Director/Manager as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and time management abilities.
  • Creative and adaptable problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Assisted Living is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of geriatric care through relevant work experience is essential.
  • A minimum of two years in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • An Associate's Degree in a health-related field is recommended.
