The Providence Center for Weight Management is seeking a skilled Bariatric Care Specialist to join its multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the team, you will provide collaborative services, including initial and ongoing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of bariatric patients with multiple chronic conditions. This role is in the outpatient clinic, offering a unique opportunity to work with a comprehensive team of bariatric surgeons, dietitians, and psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical weight management services to patients with obesity
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
  • Work in an outpatient clinic setting, providing patient-centered care
