As an In-Home Therapy Clinician, you will engage directly with families to implement therapeutic strategies aimed at improving the child's behavior and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and utilize community resources to foster support networks for children and their caregivers.
- Develop and execute risk management strategies alongside targeted interventions.
- Conduct thorough home-based psychosocial assessments to inform treatment plans.
- Track and evaluate the progress of treatment objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with families to apply focused interventions that enhance communication, problem-solving, and family dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in delivering home and community-based therapeutic services is preferred.
- Education: A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is required; LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC credentials are highly desirable.
- Skills: Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for community service delivery.
