This role is pivotal in transforming the lives of children and their families by addressing complex behavioral and mental health challenges. As an In-Home Therapy Clinician, you will engage directly with families to implement therapeutic strategies aimed at improving the child's behavior and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and utilize community resources to foster support networks for children and their caregivers.
  • Develop and execute risk management strategies alongside targeted interventions.
  • Conduct thorough home-based psychosocial assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Track and evaluate the progress of treatment objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with families to apply focused interventions that enhance communication, problem-solving, and family dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in delivering home and community-based therapeutic services is preferred.
  • Education: A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is required; LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC credentials are highly desirable.
  • Skills: Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for community service delivery.
