Academic Success Director

At American Career College, we are dedicated to providing students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the healthcare industry. As an Academic Success Director, you will play a critical role in guiding students through their academic journey and helping them achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide oversight and management of nursing programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement comprehensive success plans that evaluate the effectiveness of ATI initiatives and create new methods to improve student and faculty performance.
- Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to monitor and improve ATI effectiveness, providing analysis and remediation strategies to ensure students and graduates are actively engaged in their ATI program and achieve satisfactory levels of performance on the NCLEX.
- Serve as the campus ATI champion to support both existing students and graduates until NCLEX is passed.
- A minimum of one year of previous experience with program management.
- Knowledge in technological support and delivery of educational programs and services.
- Knowledge and evidence of strong management skills, and administrative systems management as applicable to specialized program areas.
- Knowledge of state, federal, and local laws and regulations relating to programs, governmental compliance, and other regulatory standards.
- Experience with ATI products and professional testing and/or statistical data experience involving database management.
- Experience working with nursing programs and experience with Blackboard Learning Management System and Campus Vue.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university that includes coursework in education or business administration, or equivalent experience required.
- Master's degree in nursing preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed required, must meet faculty requirements.
Compensation: $85,402.45-$123,807.03
CA Salary Range: USD $85, USD $123,807.03 /Yr. Bonus Eligible: Yes
