Territory Development Manager for Orthodontic Businesses

We are seeking a talented Territory Development Manager to join our team at Dental Team Finder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Upper Midwest territory.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a background in orthodontics or medical devices to leverage their expertise and skills to drive business growth. You will work closely with our client to understand their needs and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with orthodontic practice team members to promote our client's offering.
- Deliver clinical training and presentations to maximize implementation and integration of technology.
- Demonstrate leadership by displaying strategic thinking and acting customer-centric.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Industry experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, dental, or orthodontic products preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
