Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Dental Team Finder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Upper Midwest territory by building strong relationships with orthodontic businesses and promoting our client's solutions.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a background in orthodontics or medical devices to leverage their expertise and skills to drive business growth. You will work closely with our client to understand their needs and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach to showcase our client's solution to orthodontic businesses.
- Achieve annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales plans.
- Manage a defined territory plan based on customer potential and analytics.
- Build strong relationships with orthodontic practice team members to promote our client's offering.
- Deliver clinical training and presentations to maximize implementation and integration of technology.
- Demonstrate leadership by displaying strategic thinking and acting customer-centric.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Industry experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, dental, or orthodontic products preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
