  • Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial tracking, making informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Create and manage project schedules, analyzing critical paths to ensure timely progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are efficiently mobilized and meet high-quality standards, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, including progress and financial updates, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, manage punch lists, and coordinate safety walks and quality control meetings to ensure project quality and safety.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members, overseeing various project activities, and promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in project management principles and practices.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, especially in multi-family, commercial, or large campus projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Preferred experience with drywall, stone, and stucco, and certifications such as OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid, demonstrating a commitment to safety and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and OSHA certifications, showcasing technical skills and adaptability.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
