- Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on our evolving products and processes.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, effectively navigating multiple tasks and meeting individual and team performance standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to engage with customers and peers in a positive and respectful manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
- Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background check required (subject to applicable law).
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and moving around the store.
