About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
  • Proactively offer personalized financial services to customers, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Build new business by completing inbound and outbound call campaigns daily, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Assist in customer account management and collections, accepting payments and monitoring and managing customer appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on our evolving products and processes.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, effectively navigating multiple tasks and meeting individual and team performance standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to engage with customers and peers in a positive and respectful manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
  • Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and moving around the store.
