About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Associate to join our team at Aggieland Credit Union. As a Branch Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct transactions and provide financial services to members in a hybrid capacity, including teller and new accounts services.
  • Create a top-tier experience for members by proactively assisting with their financial needs, building relationships, and educating them on additional products and services.
  • Engage members on financial products and services using a needs-based approach, identifying opportunities to improve their financial lives.
  • Problem-solve member issues of a basic nature through various communication channels, including in-branch, phone, and email.
  • Actively participate in volunteer events through our Greater Good program, demonstrating our commitment to community involvement.
