Mortgage Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Mortgage Sales Director to join our team at Boutique Recruiting. Based in Tampa, this role can be 100% remote and offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain new business opportunities through effective key relationships
- Set up introductory meetings with new clients, conduct sales presentations, and coordinate follow-up strategies
- Network through social media, industry conferences, direct contact, etc.
- Work with operations to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and reports for clients
- Oversee and manage initial jobs with new clients to ensure a smooth transition of client service needs to the operations team
- Minimum 10 years' experience with a due diligence company or mortgage banking business
- In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and capital markets; experience with Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and due diligence process preferred
- Strong relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators a plus
- Deep understanding of RMBS and mortgage due diligence process required
- Proven networking, negotiations, and consulting skills a plus
- Ability to work with clients to analyze their needs and design value-added solutions
