About the Role

The Operations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving the continuous improvement of processes and systems in support of strategic and policy deployment objectives. This role will oversee multiple production areas and distribution, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily progress in assigned areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor supervisors, professional staff, and production associates to achieve process improvements and KPI goals
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve overall goals, utilizing shared resources and lean manufacturing tools
  • Participate in, facilitate, and/or train kaizen or improvement project teams to drive process excellence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in direct supervisory role, including success collaborating cross-functionally across levels
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams, with proven experience and knowledge of various manufacturing/distribution processes
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or six-sigma a plus
