Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas of the department are clean and organized at all times
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide information about spa services and facilities, and respond to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following safety protocols, monitoring spa facilities, and promptly reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the management team
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to guest service, employee conduct, and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues and department leaders to ensure smooth daily operations, support other team members as needed, and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the spa and its guests
  • Take initiative to expand knowledge and skills related to spa services, wellness practices, and customer service techniques through training and development opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or wellness industry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Presents numerical data effectively
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, including prioritizing and planning work activities, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness, and applying feedback to improve performance
