We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team at Duro Electric. Key Responsibilities- Plan and supervise craft activities, including method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and work schedule.
- Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
- Maintain liaison with engineering and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Assist in resolving construction problems, such as lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.
- Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements and document corrective measures.
- Maintain liaison with vendors and inspectors to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule.
- Completion of a four-year accredited electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
- Minimum of four years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
- Must have a safe driving record and a valid driver's license according to legal requirements.
- Valid Colorado (or reciprocal) JW license.
- OSHA 30 certification a plus.
- Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation experience.
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise ten to fifty employees.
