Job Overview

WSB LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Land Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding projects through the local approval process, working on a variety of projects from large master planned communities to small commercial sites, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on-schedule, on-budget projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and project management for multiple private development projects.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Market and secure work from new and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar field from an accredited school.
  • Five or more years of experience in civil engineering and land development.
  • Colorado PE license or the ability to obtain their license within twelve months.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent advocacy, communication, and organizational skills.
