Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team at COLSA Corporation. As a Portfolio Management Specialist, you will provide technical, consultative, and administrative services across a broad range of functional disciplines related to Army Materiel Command Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including databases, web-based tools, industry reports, and internal sources, to support the Army Portfolio Management System (APMS).
  • Investigate current practices and develop potential solutions to improve current implementations of APMS.
  • Provide input to the team to prepare reports, dashboards, and graphic illustrations of findings.
  • Collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets.
  • Present findings to senior executive staff and internal stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations based on an understanding of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and IMCOM's strategy and stakeholder needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4-9 years of related experience.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.
  • Working knowledge of desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages.
  • Ability to work on-site at JBSA Ft Sam Houston, IMCOM HQ, Bldg 2261.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD (Army Preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience with Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS) system.
  • Experience with Army Enterprise Staff Management System's (AESMS) Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
  • Knowledge of the FAR, DFARs, and/or NFS.
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce (DAWIA) Certification – Acquisition and Contracting Officer – Level I.
