What We're Looking For

  • You have 3+ years of experience in the investment industry, with a strong understanding of advisory business, investment products, capital markets, and portfolio construction concepts.
  • You will work closely with intermediaries to provide tailored portfolio construction advice.
  • You will be responsible for creating in-depth analytical reports and insights on investment products and portfolios.
  • You have a deep understanding of American Funds products and services.
  • You will play a critical role in identifying challenges and opportunities, and recommending effective solutions.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to navigate complex information.
  • You will collaborate effectively with a diverse group of associates and clients.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred.
  • You have an advanced accreditation (CIMA, CFA, CFP) preferred.
  • You have experience contributing to and/or leading projects.
  • You are required to obtain SIE certification and Series 7 & 66 licenses within your first 90 days.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% company contribution.
