  • Develop and maintain open lines of communication with colleagues and other departments to drive collaboration and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of driving team performance and achieving business objectives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
