Overview

Your Impact

- Responsible for delivering exceptional and efficient service to both internal and external clients by supporting the overall workflow processes of the Branch and providing routine client assistance.
- Contributes to essential business outcomes such as client retention, satisfaction, enhancing GGB's value to clients and prospects, achieving operational and margin targets, and promoting a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Adheres to efficiency, productivity, and process standards, including data and document requirements, timelines, and tool usage.
- Assists with the overall workflow processes of the Branch.
- Prepares documents, certificates, and other materials using the appropriate systems and resources, which may include communications, forms, reports, etc.

About You

- High School diploma or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess basic mathematical skills.
- Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in managing client relationships.
